What you receive
USD 10 buys one person 48 hours to explore the real TravelOS admin interface in a separate, view-only demonstration workspace. It includes sample itineraries, illustrative hotel rates, a sample quotation and reservation, accounts screens and DMC Finder. Changes are not saved, live bookings are not made, and messages and payments cannot be sent from the demonstration. The free interactive preview remains available without payment.
Payment and activation
Choose online payment when available or bank transfer. Your pass remains pending until Navigeto verifies received funds. Uploading or sending a receipt does not confirm payment. Access starts when your individual demonstration login is activated; the activation and expiry times will be shown in your confirmation. Access ends automatically 48 hours later. Bank transfer verification is handled by our team during business hours.
Price and subscription credit
The demo fee is USD 10, paid once, without automatic renewal. Your bank may charge its own transfer fees. The USD 10 fee can be credited once toward your first TravelOS subscription payment for the same customer or agency. It is not a cash voucher and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. TravelOS commercial pricing is USD 9,500 initially, then USD 5,000 annually or USD 900 monthly. A separate agreement confirms subscription scope; buying a demo does not purchase a subscription.
Sample data and permitted use
Use the demonstration only to evaluate TravelOS for your travel business. Rates and transactions are fictional examples, not supplier offers or booking confirmations. Do not upload customer passports, personal information, bank details or confidential contracts. Keep your individual login private. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, copy private credentials, scrape the system or use the demo for live operations.
Availability and support
For access problems, contact info@navigeto.com or WhatsApp +94 75 331 0101 with your demo reference. If a service issue prevents usable access, contact us for restoration or replacement time. If Navigeto cannot deliver the purchased access, we will refund the demo fee. Refund requests are handled by our team; no paid subscription is started automatically. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Information and acceptance
We use your name, agency, work email, contact details, payment reference and verification records to provide the demo, support you and apply the subscription credit. Payment proof is private to authorised staff. We record the version of these terms you accept and the acceptance time. Contact Navigeto for access or deletion requests, subject to required payment record retention. Accept these terms only if you understand the demo scope, payment process and expiry.
